Conditions for booking

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. In case you don’t show up for your appointment or make a late cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the full amount for the scan you booked regardless of your reason for cancelling. In case you don’t show up for a NIPT test you will be charged DKK 500.

By booking an appointment you agree that Spire may store information about your name, phone number and e-mail address. Your information can be deleted from the system at any time upon request. Your booking is kept in the external service ‘Terapeut Booking‘. Read the details of our personal data policy here.

If you are late the consultation may be deducted the amount of minutes you are late.

Gift certificate
The voucher is issued by e-mail after purchasing online or at the clinic. The voucher is used as payment for the specified number of scans. The voucher’s value is equal to cash and as such has the same risk for you. This means that you are responsible for the whereabouts of the voucher. The voucher can not be exchanged for cash and can only be used to pay for scans at Spire – klinik for graviditetsscanning.

Order & Order Confirmation
Once you have entered your order and completed the payment, you will receive an e-mail with the voucher within 24 hours. It is important that you enter your correct e-mail address in order to receive the voucher. You are bound by the Acceptance Purchase Agreement when you enter your credit card information and accept online payment or pay via netbank. You may request terms of sale and delivery at any time. Payment, Terms & Conditions
You can pay for the voucher with the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. Your payment is handled by the Easy Practice / Stripe or Nets. Easy Practice / Stripe / Nets handles all payments and card data and complies with international security standards (the so-called Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, abbreviated PCI DSS). The exchange of information between us and the data processor is encrypted in Secure Socket Layer (SSL). The amount is deducted from your account when you place your order. Once you have entered your order and completed the payment, you will receive an your voucher in an e-mail within 24 hours. There are no shipping costs associated with this.

Prices and VAT
All prices shown are in Danish kroner and include VAT.

Duration
Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. Balance is tracked at the clinic.

Cancellation
There is a 14 days Right of Withdrawal counting from the day you receive your voucher. If you regret your purchase, please contact us for a refund. The refund will take place within 30 days. The money will be deposited into your account, therefore we will ask for your bank information.

Use of the voucher
Your voucher represents cash money, and you use it as payment for the specified number of scans. You agree to bear the risk of misuse of the voucher and thus the risk of the loss you suffer if used by someone else without your permission. The same applies to the recipient if you give the voucher to someone else.
